The official language of the conference is English. Please use the online submission system to submit your abstract before October 15, 2026. Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit the full paper through the same system by November 30, 2026.

- Receive notification of abstract acceptance by October 30, 2026, then register and prepare the full paper.
- Upload the full paper in both Word and PDF format by November 30, 2026. LaTeX is not accepted.

Paper format
Full papers should be between 4 and 8 pages. Please follow the conference template for formatting, and upload both the Word (.docx) and PDF versions.
Papers that do not meet the English standard required by Engineering Proceedings may be returned for professional English editing before acceptance.
